Did YOU KNOW the saying Sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never harm me.

This is a old normal which is untrue.  It is statisically speaking an overwheling cause of problems in school, work and in the home. Gossip of all kinds especially when untrue is a major cause of not going to school.

Children who have a low self image and who do not have words of kindness and encouragement and a parent to be a lighthouse to them:; to shine words of kindness and instead are called names have been unable to pull themselves up from the depths of dispaire.  A ten year old girl 2004 hung herself as a result.

I know that I myself have had to learn & heal.  You can do it to.

Spread peace within and around you.  Stop road rage, people going amuck killing and shooting.  Let’s realize we have the power to change this world.

Are you aware that anger begets anger?  How do you feel when someone calls you a name?  Bullies you, uses angry words.  Does it make you feel small inside at peace or angry.  You usually want some one to hang with that accepts you.

We don’t always make the best choices in that frame of mind. We can act out on the roads, in schools, shopping centers etc.

Simple changes we can all make.

Do not pour strong chemicals down the drain or into storm sewers. To rid them from your home keep them in original containers call your city or county waste center for disposal insturctions.

Rid our seas of trash that can kill or entangle marine life by cleaning the shores of beaches or streams.

For cleaning substitute baking soda, vinegar, and borax instead of bleach and ammonia.

Before going to the or boat, eliminate packaging and other potential debris that could blow into water.

Fill a plastic bottle with water and place it in your toilet tank to displace water and save up to 5,000 gallons of water per year.

Dance as though no one is watching,

Sing like no one can hear

Love as though you have never loved before,

Live as though Heaven is right here on earth

Did you know you can help global warming by buying organic clothes and house hold items?

• You can improve your health and alergys.  Use natural cleaners.
• You can actually buy socks and other clothes made out of bamboo, and recycled plastics.
• I thought they were nuts, but I actually bought the socks at a Walgreen’s store they were cheap and comfortable.

We need to have political action to put into being healthy way of life. Contact your local representative and let them know we need action now. Clean up our fuel driven vehicles.

Stop buying cheap alternatives for our teeth from China which they are now reporting on Channel 7 that we have lead in teeth that are being put into our mouths. We are losing jobs and having health treats to our food chin as well.
